Prices
All quoted prices will remain for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Prices are typically quoted FOB
Depew, NY. The QMC Distributed Products Price sheets show catalog prices for one unit. Call or
fax for multiple unit prices. QMC reserves the right to change prices without notice except for
written price quotes (30 days).
Terms
Terms of payment are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days with established credit. We welcome new
accounts. Until credit is established, we will accept charge card, or UPS Collect-company check
(additional UPS charge). For International customers, terms of payment may vary.
In all cases, please include with your payment, our invoice number and your purchase order
number so that your account may be properly credited.
Material Surcharges
Due to the volatile stainless steel, any blanket orders may be subject to a material surcharge
price increase invoiced as a separate line item upon shipment.
Limited Warranty for Distributed and Resale Products
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one
year from shipment date. Said products are warranted only to the extent that QMC Technologies,
Inc. will replace, without charge, products proved to have manufacturing defects. No Warranty is
included against any expense for removal, reinstallation, or other consequential damages arising
from any defect. This Warranty is the sole Warranty of QMC Technologies, Inc. and any of its
subsidiaries. Any other warranties expressed, implied in law or implied in fact, including any
warrants of merchantibility and fitness for use, are hereby specifically excluded. |

| Shipments
Unless you request a specific shipping method, we will determine for you the most advantageous means of transportation. Typically we found the best way is by UPS-ground. Any freight and insurance charges will be added to your invoice. Any charges for specific overseas shipments will be included as a line item on your pro forma invoice. |

| Return Policy |
| Returns
We maintain a"No Questions Asked" return policy for our Catalog Distribution products. All
shipping, handling and other extraordinary costs of return are charged to you. To identify ways to
improve our product offerings and delivery, and to process your return request as efficiently as
possible, we request that you fax to us at 1-716-681-0881 the units, part number, the reason for
return, your PO number, the date of purchase, and our invoice number.
To qualify for our “No Questions Asked” return policy, the following conditions must be met:
1. the item was shipped and invoiced directly by us.
2. the item was received within the last 30 days.
3. the item was not damaged during shipment.
4. the part is a standard distributed catalog item, was not specially ordered, and is not
either a specially engineered or a “manufactured to print” product. |
