- Maximum working pressure 500 psi (34.5 bar) depending on coupling size and schedule of pipe
- All housings, gaskets and bolts identified by SCI logo
- 100% magnetic particle inspection of each bolt
- Each bolt has a minimum tensile strength of 110,000 psi
- Gaskets are pre-lubricated
- Gasket Grade E - EPDM (green stripe) -30° (-34°) to +230° (+110°)
- Gasket Grade T - Nitrile (orange stripe) -20° (-29°) to +180° (+82°)
- Ductile iron housings conform to ASTM A-536 Grade 65-45-12
- Groove Dimensions to AWWA C-606
- Orange enamel paint Hot dipped galvanized ASTM A-153

All ground orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If there is an extensive que at one warehouse - our team will route that order to ship from the warehouse with stock and a smaller que. If lead time is essential - we do offer UPS expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders received during the week after 4:30PM, on weekends and holidays are processed and sent to the warehouse on the next available business day.
BFO does ship internationally, however terms and lead times may apply.
Our standard shipping method is UPS. Rates provided are UPS per our standard shipping policy.
