UPS Remote Area Surcharges (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
UPS assesses a $30 surcharge for each box to areas in the US considered "Remote Areas".

Provide your UPS collect number at checkout and we will ship UPS only on your order. If there are any shipping charges applied - we will remove them and then process payment.
USA/DOMESTIC Orders $40-$99
A $15.00 shipping fee is charged on orders totaling less than $99 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States. We currently have a $40 order minimum. We do accept UPS collect numbers. Provide your UPS collect number at checkout and we will remove the shipping charges ad then process your payment.
No shipping is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $99 or more before tax which meets the criteria above. USPS and UPS are primary parcel carriers. During the holidays we heavily utilize UPS. Rates provided for LTL Freight are through R&L Carriers. We do accept UPS and R&L Carriers collect account numbers to ship. Please inquire about other LTL freight companies. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
International Orders & Shipping
BFO ships internationally using UPS and USPS only. USPS weight limit per box is 20 lbs. Depending on your location outside of the US and services offered to your country, our team will select the lowest cost option for your shipment unless otherwise noted on the order. If requesting UPS, BFO reserves the right to requote order if required. BFO does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or inspection. Free shipping is not included and is at the expense of the receiver.
All international sales are final.
Import Taxes/Duties/VAT - All import taxes/fees/duties/VAT are the responsibility at of the receiver. Shipping rates provided are for transportation only.
Depending on shipping method used - customers may experience lengthy delivery times due to customs processing during export and import.
Expedited pricing may vary (rates provided at checkout are an estimate).
We do ship to freight forwarders within USA which qualifies for free shipping over $99. We do not ship or gather shipping quotes from unapproved third party shipping companies including FedEx and DHL.
We do not ship to certain countries in the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe due to high levels of internet fraud in these regions. All order fulfillment is at the discretion of management and we may require a wire transfer for any orders including but not limited to international orders under $500.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly on orders and at checkout. Our contract with our customer is to ship to the address provided on the order. BFO is not responsible for any delivery address errors that result in lost or missing packages and will not refund any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy especially LTL freight orders. Fuel surcharges may be applied. BFO does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Expedited Shipping Rules
To expedite shipping, BFO must receive your order before 2pm (EST) Monday–Friday. Customer is responsible for additional fees to expedite orders when shipping. All expedited orders must weigh less than 125 lbs, and not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Need UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day? We offer live rates at checkout. You may also use a collect account number. Leave your account number in the notes field at checkout and we will remove any shipping charges before we process your credit card. You will never be charged for shipping if you provide a collect account number.
Shipment Lead Times
Our team works hard to ensure that your packages leave our facility in a timely manner. However, once the package(s) is/are picked up and accepted by carrier - BFO is no longer responsible for shipment delivery times. If you require items by a specific date - we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout with rates reflected. During COVID-19 - UPS has waived all shipment guarantees and will not reimburse customers for package delivery delays. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Cut off time for expedited orders is 2PM EST.
LTL Freight Shipments & Deliveries
Any LTL freight orders rejected at delivery will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus a delivery cancellation fee of $150. If you need to return a LTL order - contact us.
Delivery Issues & Claims
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address or they will not be accepted.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Altered, engraved or etched items will not be accepted.
- Missing packages claims must be made within 30 days of tracking being updated on the order.
