Returns Policy
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:
If the return is a result of BFO error or quality issue (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
*Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address or they will not be accepted.*
- BFO will pay the return shipping costs (we will provide a return label)
- No restocking fee will be applied
If the return is a result of the following reasons - the returns terms below will apply:
Wrong item selection by customer or no longer need:
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Return shipping is at customer's expense
- Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
- All returns must have RMA documentation.
- Orders/material returned without Return Authorization are subject to an additional 5% penalty restocking fee (30% total).
International Orders - Piping/Tubing - Cut-to-Length Products - Custom Fabrication
- Piping/tubing/cut-to-length products & custom fabricated are considered final sale, non-cancellable and non-returnable from time of order.
- All international and custom order sales are final and cannot be returned. This includes Canada and Mexico.
Delivery Issues & Claims
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address or they will not be accepted.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Altered, engraved or etched items will not be accepted.
Returns and Inspection
- In the event that you need to return a product, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your package.
- Once we receive your package - our team will verify that we have received the correct items.
- Upon verification your refund will be process ad issued back to your original payment method.
- Customer may choose to apply refund amount as a store credit for future purchases.
LTL Freight Orders and Deliveries
Any LTL freight orders rejected at delivery will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus a delivery cancellation fee of $150.
If you need to return a LTL order that has been delivered or has yet to be delivered - take delivery of the order and then contact us or fill out our easy returns form.
How to Return Items in Your Account

- Recent Orders
- Click “Return Items” next to the order.
Cancellations
- Certain items such as Winters Gauges are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel a backorder after you have confirmed and accepted the lead time.
- LTL freight orders that have not been delivered will be subject to a 35% restocking fee plus $150 delivery cancellation fee.
- Once our team confirms the lead time and the customer accepts the lead time on these items - the warehouse will begin to process the orders for shipment.
- If our team contacts you regarding a back-order for these items - please make sure you can accept the lead time.
Quality Guarantee & Product Warranty
You are entitled to quality products. If you find that the quality of your product is unacceptable upon delivery or installation - Contact Us.
All product lines we carry are high quality and go through an approval process to ensure new items meet our quality standard.
If you receive a product that does not perform as advertised - we will happily and quickly provide an exchange or refund upon verification of defective material.
All material is subject to Q.A. inspection upon arrival at our warehouse provided it is returned - within 30 days of shipment in its original packaging.
Country of Origin: The vast majority of our fittings are from import. If a line is domestic - it will be listed in the product details and on the description. If you require products from a specific country of origin or domestic - contact us for a custom quote.
Brands: If a product is a specific brand - we list the manufacturer and the brand name on the product details. If you require a specific brand to fill your order - please contact us so we can verify stock and provide pricing. If there is no brand listed - it is from import and an overseas manufacturer.
