Satisfaction Guarantee to All Customers
Customer should contact BFO if not satisfied with a product for any reason. BFO will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from buyfittingsonline.com/qmc technologies (parent company) Buyfittingsonline limited warranty for businesses All products sold to business customers are warranted by BFO only for use in business, government, resale, or original equipment manufacture against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one (1) year after date of purchase from BFO. At BFO’s option, the exclusive remedy for any product it determines to be defective in workmanship or materials will be repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.
A. NO Warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above, is made or authorized by BFO. BFO disclaims any liability for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, product modification, misrepair or misapplication. BFO expressly disclaims any warranty that the products: (i) are merchantable; (ii) fit for a particular purpose; or (iii) do not and will not infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights.

Expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. BFO's liability in all circumstances is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.
Instructions for Warranty Returns and Product Returns
Return shipment instructions will be sent to you following contact with a customer sales representative.
Proof of purchase is required in all cases:
If the product was purchased on Buyfittingsonline.com email us providing:
- the purchase date
- the original invoice number
- the item number and a description of the defect.
- For warranty product returns, please package the item(s) securely.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All orders are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping applies to orders within the United States on small parcel ground shipping orders only. Items must fit in a USPS flat rate box and not exceed 70 lbs. Does not apply to LTL (less than truck load), Next Day Air or premium upgrades, expedited or COD deliveries. Free shipping is included without any additional links or discount codes. Certain exclusions may apply. Discounts may not apply to certain vendors or products. Offer is valid for online orders only. Terms or conditions are subject to change without notice.
