The majority of our orders ship with 24-48 hours once they are placed. This takes into account the time it takes for our team to process the order, route the warehouse, order be pulled/packaged and be picked up by the shipping carrier.
All ground orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If there is an extensive que at one warehouse - our team will route that order to ship from the warehouse with stock and a smaller que. If lead time is essential - we do offer UPS expedited shipping options at checkout. Follow the instructions on the form. If the documentation is received during operating business hours (Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30PM EST) our team typically can get the exemption applied within one hour.

Any exemptions provided outside of normal operating hours will be processed on the next business day. If you have an existing order that you just placed and need the exemption applied on the open order that has not been processed - please send us an email at bfo@qmctechnologies.com with your order number and tax exempt certificate. Our team will remove any sales tax that has been applied and fulfill the order.

The order minimum was put in place due to the increased costs of processing the massive amount of very small orders we were receiving.

Instead of raising prices on each item, we instilled a $40 dollar order minimum on all online purchases in an effort to keep prices stable and competitive and also continued the other benefit programs we offer.

These benefits include FREE SHIPPING on ground orders over $99, promotional coupon codes and our BFO bucks rewards program.

Rates provided are UPS per our standard shipping policy.

Canada - we accept orders to Canada. Lead times may apply. All shipping rates are for transportation only. All taxes/duties are at the expese of the receiver. Order minimum is $40 USD. Orders over $500 are subject to a wire transfer requirement.

Mexico, Caribbean Islands, Europe, Asia and Australia - we currently have a $500 product order minimum to these regions.

Africa - we currently have a $1,500 product order minimum to this region. All orders are subject to management approval.

All international sales are subject to a wire tansfer requirement and all sales are final.

Import Taxes/Duties/VAT - All import taxes/fees/duties/VAT are the responsibility at of the receiver. Shipping rates provided are for transportation only.

Depending on shipping method used - customers may experience lengthy delivery times due to customs processing during export and import.
Expedited pricing may vary (rates provided at checkout are an estimate).

We do ship to freight forwarders within USA which qualifies for free shipping over $99.

We do not ship to certain countries in the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe due to high levels of internet fraud in these regions. All order fulfillment is at the discretion of management and we may require a wire transfer for any orders including but not limited to international orders under $500.
