Polished 90° Weld Sweep Elbow (2SXL) - 3A Sanitary Stainless Steel Weld Fitting

Used to connect separate tubing while accommodating existing structures. Sweep elbows are designed for smoother transitions and reduced turbulence in fluid flow. Stainless steel sanitary polished weld fittings are used on permanent installations where process piping and equipment can be cleaned in place (CIP) and removal from the system is not required.

CLR: CLR stands for "Centerline Radius." This is the radius of the curve of the elbow, measured from the center of the pipe to the center of the arc. A 12-inch CLR indicates a long, gradual sweep rather than a tight, short-radius bend. In sanitary applications, a larger CLR (like 12 inches) is often used to ensure smoother flow and to accommodate obstacles or specific design needs in a piping system.
