Description
1000 PSI 2 Piece Full Port Stainless Steel Ball Valves Features:
- Suitable Mediums: Water, Oil and Gas. (WOG)
- Seats & Seals: PTFE (Teflon)
- Threads: Female NPT (Female National Pipe Thread)
- Full Port: Full Bore Ball Valve (ID is remains the same size as the pipe)
- Handle: Blow-Out Proof
- Handle Locking Mechanism: handle equiped with locking device (Re-movable)
Applications / Description
- Most widely used - The 2 piece Ball Valve is the most commonly used threaded ball valve.
- Since these 2 PC SS Ball Valves are full-port they maintain a full flow allowing them to function well in almost all applications.
Valve Advantages
- A cost effective way to control a flow shut-off in both directions.
- They are designed to be compact and take up less space.
- A standard ball valve with two threaded body parts and a flat handle.
- Since the valve body is made from two pieces, it can be disassembled to service and replace the internal parts.
- Threaded valves are easy to install and connect quickly to any standard pipe thread.
- Handles are flat with a plastic cover making them easy to turn with extra gipping power.
Operation
Ball Valve is "open" when handle is inline with valve body, and flow is "closed" when handle is at 90 degrees.
Maximum Operating Pressure
1000 PSI (6.4MPa) Making them suitable for most applications.

-13°F to 302°F (-25°C to 150°C)

Seats and Seals:
- Seal Seat is composed of Teflon (PTFE) which makes this valve corrosion resistant plus heat & chemical resistant.
- 15% glassfiber fill PTFE reinforced seat, PTFE seal & packing.

Compatibility
- Suitable to be used with any substance compatible with Stainless Steel and Teflon (PTFE).
- All wetted parts of the valve that touch the product being transferred are PTFE (Teflon) and 316 Stainless steel (CF8M).
