1-1/4 in. Male Adapter x Female NPT Thread - Type A Adapter - Black Polypropylene Camlock

Type A adapters are normally used with Type D couplers, but can be used with Type B and C couplers as well as DC (Dust Cap) of identical size.
Type A Male Adapter is a Male Cam and Groove x Female NPT Thread.

• Connection:
•  The adapter portion will couple with a Female Coupler.
•  The threaded portion will connect to a Male NPT Thread.
• Compatibility:
•  Recommended to be used with other Polypropylene, Plastic, PVC and Banjo Camlocks.
•  While they will connect - we generally do not recommend to use with other metal fittings.
  •  Metal male threads can damage plastic fittings, since they expand the fitting from the inside.
  •  Metal female threads are more suitable to use as they won't crack plastic fittings.
• Installation:
•  Thread the Female NPT portion of the plastic pipe fitting onto a Male NPT Thread.
•  Then insert the Type A Adapter into a Female Coupler and close the two cam lever arms.
•  For a quick disconnect, open the cam handles and remove the adapter.
• Material:
•  Made out of Polypropylene (Poly).

• 1/2" to 1" = 125 PSI
• 1-1/4" to 2" = 100 PSI
• 3" - 4" = 50 PSI
