Shipping & Returns
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Call 1-800-569-0810 to request a Return Authorization number.
- Be sure to write your RA number on the shipping label. (Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number).
- We will accept unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original packing & RMA documentation.
- Cut-to-Length Products/Custom Fabrication
- Because of the special nature of the products, we will be glad to cut products to length or fabrication per your specifications.
- Cut-to-length products & custom fabricated, however, are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
- Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Altered, engraved or etched items will not be accepted.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- BFO will pay the return shipping costs
- If the return is a result of wrong item selection by customer:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Product returns may be denied or made subject up to a 20% restocking fee and other charges by BFO.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
- This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping applies to orders within the United States on small parcel ground shipping orders only. Items must fit in a USPS flat rate box and not exceed 70 lbs. Does not apply to LTL (less than truck load), Next Day Air or premium upgrades, expedited or COD deliveries. Free shipping is included without any additional links or discount codes. Discounts may not apply to certain vendors or products. Offer is valid for online orders only. Terms or conditions are subject to change without notice. Certain exclusions may apply including but not limited to all flanged pipe fittings.
*In the event that your order does not fit in a USPS flat rate box or exceeds 70lbs - we will contact you for authorization to continue processing your order.
We will never charge your card or Paypal account without first communicating with you the charges that may apply to your over sized order.
Quality Guarantee & Product Warranty
You are entitled to quality products. If you find that the quality of your product is unacceptable Contact Us - we will replace or refund your order.
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship upon delivery. We will replace without charge products proved to have manufacturing defects. No warranty is included against expense for removal, re-installation or other consequential damages arising from any defect. This warranty is the sole warranty of QMC Technologies, Inc and its subsidiaries. Any other warranties expressed, implied in law or implied in fact, including any warrants of merchantability and fitness for use are hereby specifically excluded.
