The 8100LG low-profile butterfly valve features a rugged ductile iron body with grooved ends (AWWA C606-14). The ductile iron disc is encapsulated in EPDM rubber which provides a double seal interface with the stem. EPDM O-Rings are used integrally on the stem to assure a leak-free performance. The lever handle is mounted with a 3-position plate providing lock-out holes at Zero, 45 and 90 degrees. The valve is rated bubble-tight at full pressure in all sizes, 2” ? 8”to 300 psi: max test pressure to 450 psi.
